Your center is listed on the PEL website, and the network marketing fund supports online marketing for the PEL network — alongside your own approved local marketing.

The estimated initial investment is $34,250–$70,000, including the $6,000 initial franchise fee
(FDD Item 7). Ongoing fees include a per-student royalty with a $600 monthly minimum, a $150
monthly network marketing fee and student materials. See Items 5–7 of the FDD.
No. PEL does not make financial performance representations (FDD Item 19). Results depend
on many factors, including your location, effort and local market. We encourage you to speak
with current franchisees, whose contact details are listed in the FDD.
Every business involves risk. The FDD highlights several, including a minimum monthly royalty
regardless of sales, a personal guaranty, and dispute resolution in California. Please review the
full FDD with an attorney or accountant before deciding
Centers typically operate after-school hours (around 3–7 p.m., at least twice a week). However,
franchisees are required to participate full-time in the business and personally instruct students
on class days, as set out in the Franchise Agreement.

Each franchise receives a Designated Territory defined in the Franchise Agreement. Territory
rights, including any limits on exclusivity, are described in Item 12 of the FDD and the applicable
